Regarding periods of time, I know that for one-time-event verbs, there are a few options. For example, "I'll move in 10 years" could be 「10年後にひっこす」「10年でひっこす」「あと10年でひっこす」.
This link gives some conflicting examples. First of all, whether or not the speaker is living in Japan now, apparently makes a difference? I'm unclear why that is. Also, I'd think we'd use 「住んでいる」, but one Japanese person says 「住む」 is OK.
Which of these are correct, and do they imply the person lives in Japan now or not (and why)?
「(10年後・10年後に・10年・10年で・あと10年・あと10年で)、日本に(住む・住んでいる)かもしれません。」
Lastly, in which phrases is it OK to add/substitute 以内に?
