What is the 'z' in kana character?

It says:

「でろーーーん・・・」

There is no "z" in it.

「でろん/デロン」 is an onomatopoeia used to describe something flabby, pliable, soft, etc. Just think of Gudetama.

Synonymous onomatopoeias would be 「グニャグニャ」、「グネグネ」, etc.
