I've looked this up in a few different dictionaries and the only word I got was 「か国語」written in a few different ways. but all of them contain 「国語」which I have come to understand means national language. Does this only refer to national languages for example:

スイスは三か国語があります。ドイツ語とフランス語と英語。

or can this be used in other contexts

I am looking for a way to talk about how many languages one knows, and I don't trust google translate enough to believe what it says about just using 「言語」.
