Nov 11, 2022 at 1:55 comment added Starckman It seems 行政 means "government"/"public administration" rather than "administrative" in the senses (1) and (2) eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=%E8%A1%8C%E6%94%BF. In Chinese it really can be used for meanings (1) and (2) so I was a bit confused
