My advice as a beginning student is to never use romaji, once you know the kana table. You hear this all the time: never use romaji, just jump into using hiragana and katakana (for non-Japanese words) Type hiragana and katakana when asking questions, looking things up.. You are right, sa is not the correct input. You need to type sha or sya to get シャ, meaning it's actually "Warushawa" - somewhat closer to Polish pronunciation
