I met this ninja art/ skill name in a video game , and don't know if anyone can understand the meaning of this skill. If this is not a made up skill name by the writer, please explains to me its meaning.

Context: MC is fighting with a ninja girl. She used this ninja skill + 2 short swords , which make her seems to be teleport behind MC's back. It also creates a white mist/fog ( like Zabuza's skill vs Kakashi in Naruto SS1 which i had forgot its name :D )

Hina (the Ninja girl)「

Boss of the Ninja girl「

Hina「

Clan leader (the referee of this fight)「

If you don't know what this is, how can you possibly know whether or not it was made up by the writer? Separately, have you tried Google? I'm only getting a hit count of 57 or 58. Quickly looking at the top 10 and bottom 5, I see a few dead links, a lot of duplication (where entire paragraphs are identical across multiple websites), and no instances where this term is ever explained. A quick look at monolingual Japanese dictionaries for the full 蒼燕瞬歩, or 蒼燕, or 瞬歩 comes up with nothing. I'm inclined to view this as made up. Mar 13 at 17:08
  • Ok thanks so it's not like the ninja skills / jutsu I saw in Naruto , where they were translated into English by the official publishers. I'm just curious Mar 13 at 17:34
  • "I met this ninja art/ skill name in a video game" - can you give us the title of the game? That will make it easier to decide whether another citation we might find is independent (thus less likely to be a made up word) or not. Mar 14 at 0:00

All the pages on the net that contain this word point to this character, so it's definitely a made-up word. You should search and solve a question like this by yourself. Meaning-wise, it's nothing but "blue-swallow('s)-momentary-walk".
