I sometimes see のよ at the end of sentences, and unfortunately haven't found any answers as to what it means exactly. The way it's used, it seems like some kind of command, but if that's the case then I don't know what nuance it has. For example, I was complaining about having to go to my part-time job, and after a little back and forth someone said to me:

だから頑張るのよ。
