I have this sentence to conjugate in the right form, but I have doubts about what to use. If I use ~たら then the sentence must have a logical-temporal sense. If I use ~なら instead it will have a hypothetical meaning.

バスが___、タクシーで行きましょう。(来ない)

-> バスが来なかったら、タクシーで行きましょう。 -> バスが来ないなら、タクシーで行きましょう。

So, basically, what is the difference between these two sentences? Which one is correct?

In the context where I'm actually waiting for the bus at the bus stop and it's been ten minutes since I'm waiting for it, then I assume the one with ~たら is correct to say, right? In the context where I am going to the bus stop, for example, it is correct to use ~なら, am I right??
