Here's the verse in question (of a song I was reading):

森の中、

そこだけは

何も無かったり、有ったり

過去の遺物

の集積場

「ここにやがて、積まれるのかな?」

The line in bold seems to be using ~tari, ~tari suru wthout the suru or any verb at the end at all. Am I misinterpreting this? It seems to mean "a place where nothing exists, exists."
