I'm new to Japanese, I've only been studying consistently for about a month. Technically I started two months ago but I was really busy for finals so I didn't do much for 3 weeks. Anyway, I heard HelloTalk was a good way to start using stuff that you learn to cement it into your memory. I did a self introduction message, and I mentioned that I'd been studying Japanese for two months, one of the comments was this:
2ヶ月でこんなにできるなんてすごい!!
I get that the general idea is that she is impressed by my Japanese after only two months of studying. (This totally sounds like a humblebrag, doesn't it? Yet I want to understand the sentence structure better.)
Nikagetsu de konnani dekiru nante sugoi!!
First question, am I right in assuming she is using で as a particle here? I thought you only used it after locations, however I've never heard of "dekonnani" before.
Second question, is なんて a typo? Did she mean to say なんで?
A full sentence breakdown would be awesome but any help would be appreciated :)
