「[上手]{うま}いモンでしょう」 is, in my own words, an "exclamatory rhetorical question".
= "Looks awesome, doesn't it?"
The "statement" form using this 「もん」 would be 「上手いもんだ/もんです」.
So, 「モン」 does not refer to the scribble itself.
