みんながみんな認めてくれる火影ってすげぇ名前語るのによ。

I wonder what the 名前語る implies, doesn't seem to be implying what's in the dictionary (name.. talk)

"doesn't seem to be implying what's in the dictionary" - I don't see why not. 火影 isn't to my knowledge a super common name, and it's quite striking mental imagery, so I can definitely see why people would talk about the name in an appropriate context. Apr 10 at 19:15
  • Is that person using someone else's name?

  • 火影 is not someone's name, but a class (階級). dic.pixiv.net/a/%E7%81%AB%E5%BD%B1 And the sentence in question is part of a longer sentence: 「やっぱ覚悟しとかなきゃな。

Then I think that 語る should be 名乗る. My earlier comment was because I thought it was a misspelling for 騙る.

  • @chocolate so what does it mean? Changing the order doesn't seem to help me, I still don't know what 名前語る implies
