Transitive verb particles Thanks Jesse, I understand now. ラップで包む was taken from a vocabulary book and there was no context. |

What's the difference between なんと and どう Thank you @sawa. I used to use the term "with what" for なんと but was told it was wrong, "as what" is very helpful. Its also helpful that the explanation is short and easy to remember. |

Stem classification 終止形 vs 連体形(しゅうしけい vs れんたいけい) Thanks, this is also very helpful as I would not really have known what the attributive form is to be honest. |

Action verbs and conditional ~ば Thanks @Flaw for taking the time to answer. I still don't quite get it so I won't mark it as the correct answer but I do appreciate your help. |

[潔]{いさぎよ}い meaning Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. I understand now. @Flaw I don't play Starcraft I'm afraid but I understand what you are describing. There's a scene in the film 雨上が (Ame Agaru) or "After the Rain" as its called in English where the main protagonist recalls a story about how his Dojo master yields to him on their first meeting. I think its the same meaning. |
