comment What are the differences between 衣類, 衣服 and 服
What about 服装?

comment Which words can be pronounced as either -aai or -awai?
As a reverse scenario, I've heard some people pronounce 味わう as アジアウ.

comment よると or よれば? Which one is “according to”?
I've also heard 〜によりますと used by newscasters.

comment How to write about something in the future where something will have happened
+1 for the diagram alone.

comment How do you say “I worked for [X company].”?
I've never heard 〜で勤める, and it sounds incorrect to my ear, but that's not to say it is.

comment Difference between かおり and におい
@dainichi: But isn't it similar to saying something like 青い目をしている子 (The girl with ["that has"] blue eyes)?

comment Do Japanese have a similar expression for “the list goes on”?
@TokyoNagoya: What is something better? I was going for something like "bounced" around between different ideas.

comment How to say “Is it worth a visit?”
@TokyoNagoya: Hence the part where I said, I don't know how (un)natural it might sound.

comment How do I translate the names of types of school, without reference to the US school system?
[幼稚園]{よう・ち・えん} is "kindergarten". "Nursery school" is [保育園]{ほ・いく・えん}. Not sure how they're really different other than the latter might just be "giant baby-sitting business" whereas the former might actually focus on early childhood education.

comment How to know when I should use katakana form words referring to animals, lesser creatures, or other organisms?
Something like 蜘蛛 though... could you read that? I thought that was pretty common?

I feel like this is barely on-topic. You might want to reword it somehow to focus on the language more than the cultural aspect. Particularly, the last sentence about important exams is not about the language.

comment What is wrong with お書きになられたり?
You don't have to say "honorably" for every verb in your translation. Not only does it sound weird, it's implied you're honouring him/her by the usage of 敬語.

comment Appropriate 挨拶 for e-mail?
I feel like you need to provide more context for the emails. Are you emailing an old friend after many years? A relative on a semi-consistent basis? Co-workers/superiours multiple times a day? Someone you don't even know (like a website support email)?

comment Verb volitional form (動詞の意志形) - usage
FYI, There are multiple Japanese translations of the Bible just as there are multiple translations of other languages too. I usually use the [新共同訳]{しん・きょう・どう・やく} version, but there are also [口語訳]{こう・ご・やく} and [新改訳]{しん・かい・やく} versions that I'm aware of.

comment Same word - written with kana and kanji in two places in the same paragraph. Why?
I don't know the story, but are you sure the in your second example isn't supposed to be しもべ?

comment What purpose did the kanji read “たいと” (雲雲雲龍龍龍) serve?
84 strokes?!?!?!

comment How to read single stand-alone language-name kanji?
I personally just read it as the country name, but I don't know if that's correct.

comment What is this kanji? 「兵」
On it's own pronounced つわもの or いくさ, although I'm guessing these are a lot less frequent than just へい.
