I'm currently learning Japanese, I knew it would take a while but with all the ambiguity and subtle dishonesty of Japanese learning resources, the it will take has seemed to extend itself. However I am determined to do it, and I hope this site helps a bit. Research takes time and even after hours, days, weeks, or longer of searching for an answer to one question alone, some searches wont be fruitful. Hopefully if long research comes up with no results I can ask here and move from here.

What qualities characterise girlish Japanese handwriting? Same here, I think it looks a lot nicer and legible, more enjoyable to read. Any ways, thank you for the information and picture! |

What are the pronunciation differences between speaking and singing Japanese? @user18597 Although ironically that just points out that there is no standardisation (or little of it) it was very clarifying, thanks you |

Are there any Japanese words as versatile as “fuck” in English? Yeah, I think I get what you mean. Its versatile as a verb but I guess not as versatile as fuck, seeing that it doesnt function as anything outside of a verb. |

What suffix do you add to a verb to make it perfective or imperfective? Oh okay, I think I understand. I had thought you meant change as in the verb in it's entirety changes, Kanji included. So you just mean that it doesn't always mean replacing る with a suffix for that specific tense (at least not always) |
