Japanese Language & Usage Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for students, teachers, and linguists wanting to discuss the finer points of the Japanese language. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I make flashcards of kanji to read in the bus and study with my text books, while I'm in home I listen to podcast. Could you recommend other techniques, maybe a way to contact native Japanese people to speak through Skype or something to improve my Japanese.

The question seems too broad to be answerable in a useful way. In general, there are many, many techniques which help you learn a language…. Voted to close as subjective and argumentative. – Tsuyoshi Ito Jun 6 '11 at 13:53
