What is Boruto Tekusuchaa? It is kind of a dress. That is all I know. can someone help with identifying it? I think it has some sort of tibetian influence.

It looks like a transliteration of "Bolt Texture" to me. Where have you seen this, in an anime? – ジョン Apr 27 '12 at 22:03
manga! you got me... it is in the chapter 14 of Freezing – MozenRath Apr 27 '12 at 22:05
This page from the official Freezing site has a writeup about it. The Japanese spelling is ボルトテクスチャ. We could translate that part for you I suppose, but we don't really encourage questions like this here unless you're interested for the purpose of furthering your understanding/study of the Japanese language, not just for reading a manga. :) – ジョン Apr 27 '12 at 22:19
@ジョン why cant i further my knowledge of japanese by reading manga? And what are you trying to imply by "just" reading manga? – MozenRath Apr 27 '12 at 22:37

Just for next time, I recommend searching for these kinds of terms on Google Images Japan. If it comes up with a bunch of images from that Manga, chances are it's a term localized to it. – cypher Apr 27 '12 at 23:41
